Ingredients: Beans flour. Flour, which is made by grinding uncooked bean. Packed with rich protein, it is also gluten-free. Bean flour is used to thicken or cream soups and stews and also used in the preparation of ‘akara’ (fried beans paste), ‘danwake’ (cowpea dumplings) and ‘moinmoin’ (steamed cowpea paste). Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, store cool and dry in an airtight container.
