Praise Fufu flour mixture. Ingredients: cocoyam flour, cassava flour, potato starch. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container and use within 4 weeks.
Preparation: Pour 1 part of Fufu flour and 2 parts of water into a saucepan. Mix till free of lumps. Place mixture over moderate heat and stir with a wooden spoon till it becomes firm. Knead with a wooden spoon for about 5 minutes to form a thick uniform consistency. Allow to cool and serve with your preferred soup.
