Ginger-garlic paste can be added to any Indian recipe that requires it, as well as to most recipes that separately call for ginger and garlic. For instance, if a recipe instructs you to add three cloves of garlic and umbes 2,5cm piece of ginger, you can substitute it with a tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste.
