Ghana's Original Palm Soup Base. Perfect for making Ghanaian palm nut soup or the Nigerian Banga soup. Ingredients: Palm Fruit Pulp 77%, water, salt. Keep in the refrigerator after (not in a tin) and consume within 3 days. Add two parts of water to 1 part of the pulp, boil for 15 minutes. To be used as a sauce for meat and fish or for making soup.
