Poundo Iyan is a smooth paste of mashed food often combined with vegetable soup or stew. It's like mashed potatoes, but smoother, harder and tastier. It is a very popular African dish, especially in the middle belt, South-East Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Benin and some parts of West Africa.
Ingredients: potato starch, rice flour, potato granules, contains sulphides. Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container after opening.
