Shito: Ghana’s Spicy, Sweet, and Powerful Pepper Sauce. Shito is a beloved Ghanaian chili relish with a deep, smoky, and fishy flavor. Each household has its own recipe. It pairs well with fish, meat, or most dishes and works as a marinade, dip, dressing, or topping.

Ingredients: Onion, sunflower oil, chilli powder 5,3%, tomato, smoked shrimp powder, dried red chillies 0,9%, salt flavour enhancer E621, garlic, preservative E202, rosemary. May contain traces of peanuts, milk, and mustard. After opening, consume within 21 days. Keep refrigerated.
